Tactical collaborates with Snap for KSA National Day campaign

To launch this regional activation, Tactical’s dedicated Mixed Reality team used 3D modelling and background segmentation technology to build 6 augmented reality lenses to showcase key landmarks in KSA including AlUla, Tabuk Castle, Khobar Water Tower, Rijal Almaa, Masmak Fort and Nassif House.

Each lens starts with a face lens experience where users find themselves with a 360 view of the landmark behind them to explore. When the user flips the camera, the Lens showcases a 3D world experience of the landmark directly in front of them which they can move around and scale where ever they are.

Tactical sees augmented reality as a springboard for creative problem-solving. It’s the bridge between creativity and utility, adding value to everyday life.
