McDonald’s and Crocs have collaborated together to drop limited edition merchandise.

The collaboration, touted to be the two brands’ “first-ever collab”, will see the two brands drop a McDonald’s-inspired line of shoes, socks and Crocs charms.

The collection features different footwear from Crocs’ classic clogs to Cozzzy Sandals as well as matching socks.

It is mainly inspired by iconic McDonald’s trademark characters – Grimace, Birdie and Hamburglar.

Each of the character’s shoes is featured with their favourite menu items.

The Grimace x Crocs Cozzzy Sandal, in purple, comes with a shake while, the Birdie x Crocs Classic Clog in yellow and pink come with a McDonald’s Egg McMuffin.

The Hamburglar x Crocs Classic Clog, in the character’s famous black and white stripes, features his go-to order – a hamburger.

While the collection skips the fast food chain’s famous clown, Ronald Mcdonald, it includes classic golden arches-sporting red Crocs, the McDonald’s x Crocs Classic Clog, in the lineup.

The collection also includes new charms of its popular menu items including Chicken McNuggets, World Famous Fries and Big Mac.

The collaboration is the Golden Arches’ first-ever global collaboration with a shoe brand, according to the fast food chain.

According to the companies, the collab aims to “fuel a shared brand love” and is designed to give consumers a way to “live out their bold fandom every day”.

As part of the promotion of the collab, the visuals for the collab feature people whom Mcdonald’s refers to as Crocs-loving Mcdonald’s superfans.

These super fans, coming from different countries, can be found modelling fits inspired by the collab.

The McDonald’s x Crocs collab also aligns itself with a purpose, where McDonald’s will make a donation to help support families with children who are sick and give them access to the medical care and resources they need.

The collaboration has been launched in limited locations.
