The electric mobility company Segway, headquartered in US, is planning to launch a new series of kickscooters in the MENA region and has called for proposals for their PR and digital marketing plans.
Segway plans to launch a number of different kickscooters and is pitching for an agency. The pitch should include budget, digital marketing plan and public relations strategy.
The digital marketing plan for the launch should increase sales and brand awareness. Part of the plan includes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, social media and display advertising campaigns. The plan also needs to design, build and maintain Segway’s social media presence. The plan should measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs). For that purpose, a strong analytical ability is required to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
For the PR brief, the agencies should develop a PR campaign and media relations strategy, including preparing press releases, keynote speeches, promotional material and distribution, as well as building positive relationships with stakeholders, media and the public.
The agency is expected to track media coverage and follow industry trends, prepare and submit PR reports, manage PR issues and communicate and monitor Kols. As part of the brief, it is expected to bring influencers for unboxing, reviews and media partnerships, including sponsorships and advertising.
The proposal deadline is the 22nd of March 2022.
