Leidar, an international communications consultancy, was awarded a prestigious global communications request for proposal (RFP) by Abu Dhabi based IRENA, the International Renewable Energy Agency, following a competitive pitch process.
Leidar will work closely with IRENA’s communications team to raise the profile of its leadership and position the intergovernmental organisation as a leader in the global energy transformation space.
The Leidar MENA office in Dubai will lead the relationship working closely with Leidar teams in Geneva, Oslo and London on the programme delivery which includes strategy development, social media, content development, event support and international media engagement.
Andreas Keller, Managing Partner of Leidar MENA said: “This is a fantastic win for our network. Sustainability has become an integral part of our thinking and behaviour as a firm and we support several companies that have chosen to make “sustainability their business”. Renewable energy has been a core focus for us since the very beginning. Our integrated, experienced teams are used to delivering the global programmes our clients expect and this no doubt came out in our proposal. Our business model also ensures that our clients have the right level of senior engagement on the account throughout the relationship.”
