Porsche Middle East and Africa has chosen independent global creative communications agency The Romans as the PR agency of record for Porsche Middle East, overseeing PR communications across 16 markets.
The brand revealed to Campaign Middle East that The Romans will be responsible for delivering a full suite of public relations and communications, including strategy, campaign development, media and influencer relations, content development, corporate and C-suite communications and event support, among others.
“The team from The Romans demonstrated that they have the depth of PR skills needed to meet our needs across the Middle East, Africa and India region,” said Chris Jordan, Head of Public Relations, Porsche Middle East and Africa.
The remit covers the entire Middle East, Africa and India region.
The Romans won the account following a competitive multi-agency pitch and, as such, has been engaged on a multi-year deal.
“The Romans can grab a hold of tasks of varying size and complexity and deliver. They will work extremely closely with us day to day on all manner of topics. For those campaigns where a mix of creativity and operational skill is needed, we are very confident they are well equipped,” Jordan added.
Responding on the account win, Joe Lipscombe, Partner, MENA, The Romans, added, “I’m not often speechless, but what can you say when you find yourself in partnership with a brand like Porsche?”
“We’re now focused on helping continue this unrivaled legacy and bringing more surprising and fan-first creative PR work to the region.”
The Romans arrived just in time to help host hundreds of media at the annual Icons of Porsche festival, which was held 22-23 November 2025 in Dubai, UAE. Marketing creative agency KEKO also helped the brand on its communications for the event.
The Romans is also working on a high-level CSR campaign, dropping soon, as well as planning for some exciting launches and creative moments in 2026.
Through 2025, the independent creative communications agency has also won several other key accounts, such as the PR, events, activations pitch for RAK’s Wynn Resort; PR and communications for Audi Middle East; as well as a multi-year retainer including work streams across corporate brand, live events, venues (such as Yas Marina Circuit, Etihad Park, Etihad Arena, among others), and the Formula 1 Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix.
