Creative agency Grey has announced their win of the Krispy Kreme account in the MENA region.
Grey will act as the donut brand’s strategy and creative partner in the region. It will lead on all communications across seven countries: UAE, KSA, Egypt, Qatar, Bahrain, Jordan and Kuwait.
As part of its duties, Grey will to strengthen Krispy Kreme’s positioning as the “Irresistibly Original Sweet Treat”. The agency will create creative campaigns for Krispy Kreme’s donuts for the regional audience.
On the account win, Philippe Berthelot, Managing Director, Grey Dubai, said: “HOT NOW is what’s happening in the coming together of Krispy Kreme and Grey.
“We’re excited to be leading this decidedly delicious brand and looking forward to being a key partner in delivering the ambitious goals of Krispy Kreme across the region.
While Grey will look after the donut brand’s creative communications in the region.
Last month (December), VML, the newly merged entity of Wunderman Thompson and VMLY&R, had announced that it had won the global creative account of Krispy Kreme.
As part of its mandate, VML said that it would be managing global and US creative and media responsibilities.
