Dubai agency Cicero & Bernay Public Relations (C&B) has merged with Jeddah-based agency Y&D Communications (Y&D) as part its expansion into Saudi Arabia.
Under the new partnership, the Saudi social media and PR agency will be re0named Y&D Cicero & Bernay, though the Dubai office’s name will remain unchanged.
Ahmad Itani, chief operating officer of Cicero & Bernay, said: “This partnership agreement is part of our long-term strategy of building a communications network spanning across the region.
