MEC has appointed Marie-Claire Barker as its first global chief talent officer. Prior to this, she was with the Ogilvy Group in a similar capacity.
She will work with global CEO Charles Courtier to ‘deliver a consistent talent strategy and approach to how MEC attracts, evaluates, motivates and grows their people,’ informed an official statement.
