The Customer Centricity World Series is hosted by ARCET Global, a global hybrid consultancy that helps organisations improve and adopt global best practices in CX and communications. ARCET Global has a presence in the US, the UK and the UAE.

The virtual awards took place on the 18th of May 2022, where the most customer-centric organisation were recognised. The CX Professional of the Year 2022 was a tie between Hussein M. Dajani, from the UAE, and Clare Muscutt, Women in CX (TM) from the UK.
