Born in 2016, digitalfarm set out to provide creative agency solutions for small businesses. They envisioned themselves as the go-to digital company for emerging brands, committed to fostering strong community engagement. It was a vision built around growth in a booming but seemingly underserved SME sector, a vision that has sustained but evolved over the last eight years. Since then, digitalfarm has grown into one of the region’s leading providers of digital and social media services, catering to emerging businesses, established brands, and government entities.

So, what fuels the growth? A unique blend of culture and structure.

‘Farm-ily’ first

At the heart of the agency are its people: where interns blossom into directors, ideas find their way into implementation, and team successes are celebrated by all.

With creative professionals from over 25 countries across five continents, collectively speaking 25 languages, this diverse tapestry enriches creative perspectives and amplifies social experiences, fostering talent through an inclusive culture. To further this commitment, digitalfarm has recently appointed a Director of Culture, dedicated to cultivating an engaging and supportive workplace, with new well-being initiatives in the pipeline.

Social media for social good

As leaders in social media, digitalfarm recognises their social responsibility and leverage their expertise to drive positive change. They lead initiatives that harness their creative talents and digital reach, such as Plastic Free UAE; a thriving online community dedicated to spreading awareness and promoting sustainable solutions.

Their dedication to supporting small businesses shines through Numo (meaning ‘growth’ in Arabic), an agency within the agency designed to cater to the needs of SMEs. By understanding the challenges faced by small businesses, digitalfarm demonstrates their commitment to nurturing a thriving entrepreneurial ecosystem.

‘Intrapreneurship’ thinking

The digitalfarm growth model is built on a robust structure of small, agile teams functioning as micro-agencies within the larger framework. Senior and mid-level leaders are encouraged to think like entrepreneurs and identify growth opportunities within their client portfolios. This model is supported by cross-departmental skill-building and continuous development, fostering innovation and enabling thoughtful scaling.

digitalfarm’s formula seamlessly blends purpose, creativity, talent, culture, and social responsibility. As one of the region’s award-winning, fastest-growing agencies, they’re just warming up. Whether it’s crafting innovative creative solutions or their commitment to preserving the core of their agency culture, with each stride forward, the impact of their growth intensifies.
