Call for nominations: Athar – Saudi Festival of Creativity opens doors for awards jury

Athar is actively reviewing nominations from senior creative leaders representing governments, global and regional brands, as well as creative agencies.

The annual Athar Awards will be held 6 November, 2024 at the Crowne Plaza in Riyadh

The highly anticipated second edition of Athar – Saudi Festival of Creativity, the Kingdom’s largest gathering of the creative marketing industry, has officially begun welcoming jury nominations ahead of the Athar Awards 2024, which will be held 6 November, 2024 at the Crowne Plaza in Riyadh.

The Athar Awards 2024 champion the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 by fostering and celebrating creativity as a key driver of economic growth, spotlighting the creative marketing ecosystem, and recognising its outstanding work that promotes education, sustainability, and innovation.

Athar is actively reviewing nominations from senior creative leaders representing governments, global and regional brands, as well as creative agencies, and has opened its door to those who would like to either nominate themselves or others with ample industry knowledge, expertise, and skill to judge the awards.

Jury already confirmed for the second edition of Athar include:

  • Dr. Obaid Alabdali, Board Member, President of Mazeej Marketing Consulting.
  • Mohammed Jefri, CMO, Hungerstation
  • Turky Kari, Executive Director of Marketing and Corporate Communications, Cruise Saudi

The 2024 edition of the Awards is set to honour campaigns, individuals, and organisations through categories designed to reflect Saudi Arabia’s unique cultural and strategic imperatives across 24 categories. 

Judging takes place online, and will celebrate campaigns, leaders and their teams for delivering results through creative marketing.
