ENOC reveals new audio and ad solutions for its stores

Emirates National Oil Company Limited (ENOC) has announced a partnership with South African company ‘Shop Beat’ to enhance customer engagement and deliver of a unique shopping experience across its ZOOM convenience stores.

Through the partnership, ZOOM gains access to Shop Beat’s in-store audio solution that integrates music, advertising messages, broadcasts, and prayer times.

According to ENOC, the new audio solution aims to redefine ZOOM’s retail experience among the customers.

The adoption of the solution is expected to improve  customers’ day-to-day experience by offering an immersive shopping environment that entertains and informs customers. It also aims to change the way consumers interact with brands and products.

ZOOM is present in the country in a vide variety of formats. Its service station convenience stores are located at most of ENOC and EPPCO’s petroleum stations.

Its mini-marts and stores are present in Dubai Metro network. In several residential communities such as The Sustainable City, JLT, Expo City Dubai, the chain store operates as a large scale standalone supermarkets.

Advertising in retail media is gaining fast momentum, with most stores and locations implementing DOOH screens in their stores.

The advertising has also spread across to gas stations with ENOC’s competitor, Emarat recently announcing a partnership with Pyxis, a brand management company based in Abu Dhabi.

The partnership aims to harness the power of digital out-of-home (DOOH) advertising opportunities at Emarat service stations through its digital signage solutions.
