Dubai Lynx International Festival of Creativity has announced a new partnership with Publicis Groupe to launch an academy for young professionals in the MENA region. The Young Lynx Academy will take place between March 12 – 14, 2023 ahead of the Dubai Lynx Festival content which will run on March 14 .
The Academy aims to support young talent within the creative communications sector by offering them a free mentorship opportunity. Hosted over three days, the immersive programme will include inspiring content from keynote talks and workshops from industry leaders across the region to inspire and guide participants, as well as a 24-hour hack competition allowing young talent to push their strategic and creative boundaries, working on a charity brief.
The Academy is open to ambitious young talent 30 or younger working for at least a minimum of one year in the creative, media, digital or social industry in the GCC or MENA region. Successful applicants will also receive tickets to attend the Festival and the Lynx Party on 14 March.
