Haytham Dayeh, Business Lead, Leo Burnett Dubai: While Miral is one of the ‘younger’ generation in the industry and brings that youthful perspective to her work she is also an old soul! She understands the importance of winning the trust of those around her through the positive energy and ownership she puts into her every day. Able to naturally think in an integrated manner she is able to converse data, media, digital & the traditional parts in between breaking the silos that have been built. Her fluid approach to work puts her in a small group of young industry peers who will certainly be impacting the future industry.

Career highlights

I joined Leo Burnett Dubai as an intern in 2016 and that’s where my relationship with advertising began. It’s been quite the journey and I’ve been fortunate enough to lead multiple teams in the region, overseas, and work with various global and local brands including du, Mercedes-Benz, Omantel, GMC and currently McDonald’s.

Throughout my career, I’ve been part of the two biggest Publicis Power of One models in the region; Studio m (McDonald’s) and Publicis Emil (Mercedes-Benz). Providing communications consultancy and delivery from PR, Media, Creative, Strategy, Data Science, Tech, and Production through a 360 integrated unit.
