Nazla is very tenacious, highly motivated and bags of enthusiasm towards her work. She is very smart when it comes to making business decisions. We are very lucky to work with such a young and inspiring character who’s all around her job and enjoys all this potential and skills.
Bio
Smart, tenacious and ridiculously eager to learn. Nazla has a work ethic that feeds on passion and is driven to improve society. Her friends say that she needs to be constantly engaged to feel productive and satisfied. In university, she worked part-time in volunteer centres and 2 start-ups in the field of technology. She graduated summa cum laude from the American University of Sharjah with a degree in MIS and Marketing. She started her professional career with P&G and works on new innovations and e-commerce for the Middle East and North Africa region.

How has Covid-19 changed your job?
COVID and the resulting WFH lifestyle has given me immense flexibility on how I get my job done; all I need is the internet and I’m good to go. The learning curve has also been immense; it has taught me to adapt quickly to the changing consumer needs and action plans with a test and learn mindset.
Side hustle
Volunteering and working with charity organizations is very fulfilling and helps me focus on my priorities and puts issues in perspective. I want to start a non-profit school focused on the less fortunate segment of society.
