Al Barari appoints Khushboo Raina as Group Head of Marketing and PR

Bringing more than nine years of experience, Raina will now lead Al Barari’s group-wide marketing, PR, communications and brand strategy, focusing on brand storytelling, sustainability and long-term brand equity.

Al Barari, a luxury lifestyle development known for sustainability-led living in Dubai, has appointed Khushboo Raina as Group Head of Marketing and Public Relations.

Raina brings to the role more than nine years of experience across marketing, communications and brand strategy, with a strong track record across real estate, retail, hospitality and entertainment.

In her new role, she will lead Al Barari’s group-wide marketing, PR, communications and brand strategy, focusing on brand storytelling, sustainability narratives and long-term brand equity.

In her role, Khushboo will also work closely with senior leadership to further strengthen Al Barari’s positioning as Dubai’s established sustainable lifestyle development, enhancing its presence across media, digital platforms, strategic partnerships, and community engagement.

Prior to joining Al Barari, Khushboo held a senior managerial role at Danube Group, where she led strategic communications, sponsorship management, influencer marketing, media relations, crisis communications and event production.

Before concluding her tenure at Danube Group, Khushboo worked on several iconic, high-visibility projects, including the landmark Shah Rukh Khan–fronted “Shahrukhz by Danube” development, one of the most high-profile real estate campaigns in the region.

She also spearheaded collaborations with international influencers and global content creators, including Hannah Stockings and School of Hard Knocks, driving significant global reach, engagement, and brand recall for the group.

Known for her results-driven yet people-first approach, Khushboo has consistently delivered integrated omnichannel campaigns, successfully blending digital innovation with traditional PR to deliver measurable ROI.

Her expertise spans brand positioning, loyalty programmes, social media growth, influencer strategy, and high-impact project launches.
