Snapchat and Disney have announced a new collaboration to show  and bring characters and tales to life in celebration of Disney100.

Disney’s stories partnered with  Snapchat’s industry-augmented reality technology, allows visitors to engage with these stories in this engaging exhibit capturing the spirit of Disney.

Rob Wilk, President of the Americas, Snap Inc. said: “We are excited to bring Disney to life in a unique way for those in Cannes and everyone at home. Through our AR technology, Disney stories will come to life like never before, showing anything is possible.”

Pixar’s latest movie Elemental, inspired by Avatar: The Way of Water, transports you to space and the oceans of Pandora. Meet characters and exit Hyperspace on a desert planet from The Mandalorian.

With Snap AR, characters will come to life, costumes will be tailored for you and the cinematic environment will take over the real-world surfaces in all directions.
