Latitude has announced a number of key appointments to their Dubai studio.
Paul Turner joins as MD – MENA, Judith du Toit as client service director as well as Simon Parkinson as executive creative director who, with Muhyi Sadek – cultural creative director, will jointly head up the creative team.
Paul brings over 30 years’ experience to this role and is tasked with building on Latitude’s excellent reputation in the hospitality and real estate space as well as broadening the client base across the region. He has been in the region for 7 years, initially heading up Havas People, the recruitment communications arm of Havas Middle East and more recently as Business Director at MRM.
With over 15+ years’ experience, Judith has been nurturing senior client relationships and managing large regional and global portfolios within the MENA region. Her passion is to define, build and execute extraordinary brand journeys through imaginative and creative storytelling to shape the future.
Muhyi has over 30 years of experience in the region. He brings an unparalleled passion and deep understanding of the Arab culture and language, coupled with a history of senior roles in advertising, design and public advocacy. He will act as creative brand consultant, leading on a growing portfolio of Arabic language projects as well as co-lead on niche products requiring a culturally-hybrid mindset.
As a creative director with over 20 years of international experience in design, 17 of those being here in the region, Simon is perfectly positioned for this new role. His most recent experience covers three key regional pillars; education, culture and government. He brings to the team a global approach combined with unprecedented regional experience at a senior level. He will also liaise with Latitude’s UK and Singapore teams across shared projects.
