Hannah Castleton has been appointed as account manager at boutique agency, KeenePR and Hilton, the Palm has recently picked KeenePR as its PR agency for their four F&B accounts.

The agency’s recent account win with Hilton came in the spring of this year, with long pitch process. Hilton, The Palm signed with KeenePR, on board to handle all four of their F&B accounts, including; McGettingan’s, Barfly, Claw and Trader Vic’s.
Castleton will be contributing and managing the new account along with the rest of the agency’s clientele.
“KeenePR launched in 2019 with just Ellie Keene and a freelance license. Fast forward two years, throw in a pandemic, clients going on hold and PR being the first off the budget list, and it seemed this small agency would have to put on their big girl pants and get schmoozing and schmooze they did!”
“From three clients in 2019, to an impressive client list of 25 with clients such as; Media One Hotel, Studio One Hotel, CE LA VI, The Pods, SHI, Tabu, Secret Parties Events, La Mezcaleria and Cirque le Soir under their belt, the company is growing from strength to strength.” said KeenePR in a statement.
Ellie Keene, founder of KeenePR, says “I never really wanted KeenePR to grow to the point I needed to be responsible for other people, but after seeing the demand for PR and clients approaching me to pitch, I knew I needed to do it. There’s a lot of frustrating paperwork involved, but Hannah and Sarah are both totally worth it. I can’t wait to see them both grow with the company and put their own stamp on their work!”
Hannah Castleton says, “I have never been more excited to start a new job as I am right now. Ellie has proven herself as “the one to watch” in the industry and I think I have joined at the perfect time – of course having our birthday’s off is a definite bonus!”
Marine Fabbricino, director of marketing & communications at Hilton Dubai, says, “KeenePR’s pitch stood out, it wasn’t a simple copy and paste from other presentations (which is usually the case). Her proposal was bespoke and the most creative I had seen in a while, which is what I was looking for.”
