Producer – The Company Films

We are looking to hire a full-time junior producer to join our team at our Dubai office.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the entire production process from conceptualisation to final film.
• Client servicing and managing client’s expectations.
• Helping to lead and build key client relationships.
• Asses the briefs, create and negotiate budgets.
• Assist in creating film pitches, scripts and treatments.
• Create and manage project schedule and budget effectively.
• Coordinate between clients, agencies, production team and post production team to meet project requirements and deadlines.
• Find the right talents to fit each project, hire crew members, cast actors, source equipment, locations and permits.
• Manage all production logistics including transportation, accommodation, and catering.
• Supervise the edit.
• Ensure that workflow and resources are allocated to maximise profitability and efficiency.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience at a production company.
• Have a strong network in Dubai and the region.
• Excellent client liaison skills.
• Pro-active attitude.
• Project, budget, team & time management.
• Strong negotiator, self motivated, reliable, well organised with multi-tasking skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Arabic is beneficial.
