MRM MENAT appoints Udit Agarwal as Regional Business Lead

MRM MENAT has announced appointed Udit Agarwal as Regional Business Lead to strengthen the enterprise’s partnerships and drive strategic growth.

The appointment reflects the agency’s commitment to delivering measurable business value across a growing roster of regional conglomerates and enterprise clients.

With more than 30 years of experience in integrated marketing and communications, Agarwal brings deep sector knowledge, commercial acuity, and a rare dual perspective – having led both agency-side and client-side mandates across retail, real estate, banking, tourism, loyalty, FMCG, and media. His track record spans emerging and established markets across the GCC, Levant, Africa, and South Asia.

“Udit brings a rare blend of client-side depth and agency-side leadership, which makes him uniquely positioned to understand the full business ecosystem our clients operate in,” said  Karim Slim, CEO of MRM MENAT.

“His strategic thinking, operational rigor, and ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes will be a major asset to the agency and our partners.”

Agarwal began his career at Ogilvy India, followed by two decades with MCN in Dubai. Most recently, he served as Head of Marketing at Super General Company (Albatha Group), where he successfully built a unified brand across 50+ countries and led growth through trade, wholesale, and e-commerce channels.

In his new remit, Udit will lead business transformation mandates across MENAT, with a core focus on driving commercial growth, elevating operational excellence, and building long-term client partnerships. His role is critical in further integrating brand, creative, and technology solutions with strategic delivery – reinforcing MRM’s positioning as a trusted growth partner for enterprise clients.

Throughout his career, Agarwal has partnered with globally and regionally influential brands including The Dubai Mall, Emaar, TECOM, RAKBANK, Standard Chartered, American Express, Shukran (Landmark Group), GSK, InterContinental Hotels Group, Gulf News, and Morocco Tourism, among others. His work has earned recognition at the Effie Awards and Summit Creative Awards.
