PR Executive

Job summary

The PR Executive is responsible for the implementation of communications strategies for a portfolio of luxury brands, under the guidance of the Agency’s senior PR team.
The role spans involvement in media engagement, influencer relations, commercial opportunities, partnerships, campaigns, and events. In addition, the PR Executive carries out administrative functions including the compilation of presentations, reports, and other documents.
The PR Executive should have the ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with clients, regional media, and influencers, identifying opportunities, and working on the implementation of both long-term strategies and organic opportunities to maximize benefits for clients.

Qualifications:
• Proven professional experience as a PR Coordinator or PR Executive, preferably within the fashion or beauty industry of at least 2 years
• Established networks with regional press and influencers
• Able to multitask and work on a variety of tasks simultaneously
• An ability to hit key deadlines, and work to strict KPIs
• Strong time management skills with a proactive attitude
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• The capacity to effectively take direction as well as work independently
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong creative problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to unforeseen circumstances
• An awareness and understanding of the local and global fashion and beauty industries
• Awareness of regional retail trends, news, and happenings
• A desire for career growth and development within the Public Relations industry
• The ability to fit seamlessly into the team of a global-standard agency
