Guerlain lights up the Burj Khalifa for luxury launch

Guerlain showcased signature collections with a takeover of the Burj Khalifa and an exhibit of its L’Art & La Matière collection

Guerlain hosted an exclusive fine-dining experience on Tuesday 23 April, accompanied with an iconic takeover of the Burj Khalifa and an enchanting performance of the brand’s first Emirati ambassador, Balqees Fathi.

The private dinner showcased Guerlain’s signature ‘Bee Bottle,’ embellished with luxurious creations by prominent artists including jewelry powerhouse Swarovski.

This included the Bee Bottle by Baqué Molinié, Bouquet de la Mariée and Cherry Blossom by Philippe Ferrandis, Perle Impériale by Swarovski and Muguet by Anne Lopez.

Guerlain hosted 45 invitees made up of high-society influential personalities in the Arab world. These guests were treated to an immersive discovery of Guerlain’s collections within six fragrance cabanas at the venue.

Notable guests included HRH PrincessNourah Al Faisal, Karen Wazen, entrepreneur and social figure, Delphine Jelk, Guerlain perfumer, Ann-Caroline Prazan, Guerlain Director of Art, Culture and Heritage together with luxury influencers known as Guerlain’s ‘Friends of the Maison’.

Each guest was gifted with a personalised Guerlain perfume bottle, which also served as seating placards.

Balqees’ performance introduced the takeover and projection of the L’Art & La Matière collection on the majestic Burj Khalifa, highlighting the Maison’s iconic creations.

As the tallest advertising billboard in the world, The Burj Khalifa has previously been a canvas for high-profile luxury campaigns by Cartier, Messika, and Versace.
