Empire Movies promoted the UAE release of movie Brahmāstra: Part One with the official premiere on Sept 8 that took place in the new Roxy Cinema at Dubai Hills Mall at the biggest screen of the MENA region, the Xtreme Roxy.
Directed by Ayan Mukherji and produced by Star Studios, Dharma Productions, Prime Focus and Starlight Pictures, the movie features an ensemble cast of Amitabh Bachchan, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Mouni Roy and Nagarjuna Akkineni and features never-seen-before visual phenomenon in the history of Bollywood.
Brahmāstra – the Trilogy, is a three-part film franchise and the beginning of India’s first original universe The Astraverse. Brahmāstra: Part One, is the story of Shiva played by Ranbir Kapoor, a young man and protagonist, who becomes one of the most powerful and deadliest Astras (weapons) as he fights the evil that threatens to completely destroy the universe.
The premiere event also included, branded media photo wall, customized photo booth with film backgrounds given as souvenirs in branded folders, guests also got temporary Brahmāstra tattoos made through an Air brush technique, and a Flash Mob performed on film’s top hits Kesariya and Deva Deva as a song mashup.
Additionally, the immersive fire digital wall by Hybrid Experience was a standout performer with its innovative sensor technology and ability to control fire. After Brahmāstra was released in Vox Cinemas at Deira City Centre, viewers were able to enjoy this interactive fire wall for 10 days where they created their own astra moves with virtual fire.

Brahmāstra fever continued after making a good run on the Bollywood box office with high praises being earned specially for the cutting-edge visual effects and action scenes. Henceforth, to celebrate the success of being the highest grossing Bollywood hit, a press junket consisting of one-on-one interviews conducted by the top tier media of UAE was set in place with the leading cast stars Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt along with the film director Ayan Mukherji.
