Guiding principles

Lead by example, always stay connected to the team and listen very well to their concerns and thoughts. Sharing knowledge is as well key to pursue excellence. Just be yourself and stay honest.

How has Covid changed your job?

Covid made my new role a challenging one as I opened to a new market, trained fresh graduates remotely and maintained their and my own mental health especially that they have never worked before. Covid taught me that any job can be done remotely, regardless of how challenging it is. The key is to stay connected and close to your team, alongside good planning and efficient allocation of resources.

Side hustle

A first time full-time mom who delivered in the middle of the pandemic started a new role at my job and led a team of fresh grads on a new project. Not to mention working from home with a newborn, managing trainings and deadlines.
