Binghatti pairs up with another luxury brand for a new residence

Binghatti Properties, a Dubai-based real estate development company, and Mercedes-Benz, luxury automotive company have announced their partnership together to bring a new project, Mercedes-Benz Places | Binghatti.

The partnership aims to merge the world of real estate and automotive to provide luxury design and living in the form of a tower.

It also marks the automotive brand’s first real-estate branded project.

The new real-estate tower will be built in the heart of Dubai’s Downtown, rising to a towering height of 341 metres and 65 storeys,

Muhammad BinGhatti, CEO of Binghatti, shared: We are profoundly excited to be working alongside Mercedes-Benz – a truly iconic name – to develop the first Mercedes-Benz branded luxury residence in the world.

“Mercedes-Benz Places in Dubai is not merely a real-estate development; it will also place community and mobility at its core, setting a new benchmark for intelligent living.”

The Binghatti and Mercedes-Benz project has been in the works for more than a year.

According to both companies, the main focus has been on creating a customer-centred approach that places the needs of future residents at the forefront of the experience.

The tower will reflect Mercedes-Benz design philosophy that revolves around “Sensual Purity” focusing serenity and purity.

By combining smart home technologies with intelligent mobility solutions, Mercedes-Benz Places Dubai aims to redefine comfort and convenience in a modern living space.

Earlier this year, the real estate company also partnered with another luxury brand Bugatti to launch a branded residence.
