Augustus Media announces Michael Smith as group commercial director 

Augustus Media appoints Michael Smith as group commercial director to manage and develop the Augustus Media portfolio of brands, including Lovin and Smashi.

Augustus Media has announced Michael Smith as group commercial director. Smith is from London where he also studied, before moving to Dubai in 2005 and started his career in sales at ITP working on Time Out Dubai as a sales executive and eventually became commercial director, moving internally to head up the Shortlist Dubai & Abu Dhabi Team, then moved back to Time Out Dubai to launch Time Out DXB (The official Dubai airport magazine). After ITP he worked in events and most recently digital sales at Edgar Middle East.

He will manage a team of 10 client service and business development, for Augustus Media portfolio of brands, Lovin (Lovin Dubai, Lovin Abu Dhabi, Lovin Riyadh etc), and Smashi (Smashi Crypto, Smashi Business, Smashi Gaming etc), as well as their content studio, Odeum.
