Key Responsibilities
Event Planning & Strategy:
Develop creative event concepts, themes, and agendas that align with client objectives.
Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements.
Project Management:
Oversee all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, catering, audio-visual setup, transportation, and staffing.
Manage event timelines, ensuring all deliverables are met on schedule.
Budget & Vendor Management:
Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining quality.
Negotiate contracts and build strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the event lifecycle.
Ensure client satisfaction by proactively addressing concerns, incorporating feedback, and continuously improving the client experience.
On-Site Execution:
Coordinate on-site operations to ensure smooth event execution.
Troubleshoot issues in real-time, ensuring guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and manage event teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
Provide clear direction and support to team members before, during, and after events.
Compliance & Evaluation:
Ensure all events comply with legal, health, and safety standards.
Conduct post-event evaluations and gather feedback to continuously improve future events.
