Tech-enabled influencer marketing agency Vamp has expanded its global leadership team with four strategic hires as it sharpens its market positioning and scales its service-led model, delivering end-to-end influencer marketing, creative strategy and paid social amplification.

Among the new leadership team is Simone Bevan, Head of Brand and Integration, who brings more than 14 years of experience across digital, creative and creator marketing.

Previously at History Will Be Kind and Hopeful Monsters, she will now lead Vamp’s go-to-market positioning and large-scale creative strategy, helping shape the agency’s next phase of growth.

Other hires include Katrina West, Senior Product Manager, improving client experience across the platform; Caoilfhionn Blaney, Client Delivery Manager, previously at One Green Bean, who is now overseeing managed campaigns at Vamp; and Phi Austin, Chief Financial Officer, driving finance strategy.

The appointments come in response to growing client demand for integrated, performance-driven campaigns and deeper strategic partnerships.

Karl Mapstone, Co-Founder of Vamp, said: “Our clients are asking for more complex and diverse support than ever before. These hires are essential as we grow, helping us scale what we do, deliver smarter solutions and keep building on our 11-year journey in the creator space.”

Commenting on the appointment, Bevan said, “What excites me about this role is the trajectory Vamp is on and the opportunity to help shape what comes next. There’s real momentum behind where we’re heading.”

These global appointments  intend to reinforce Vamp’s position as a leader in the creator economy, delivering sophisticated campaigns at scale for an increasingly complex marketing landscape.

In the Middle East and North Africa (MENA), Vamp has partnered with Motivate Media Group, a leading media company in the region. Vamp offers brands access to the industry’s most effective creative talent via its influencer platform, which currently has several thousands of active influencers as members.
