Créo Global strengthens performance and SEO capabilities with senior hires

Plasterwala brings more than 10 years of experience in performance marketing to the role, while Jain joins Créo with more than a decade of experience across SEO and AI-led optimisation.

Créo Global has appointed Salman Plasterwala as Performance Lead and Jayesh Jain as SEO Lead, reinforcing the agency’s focus on building a more integrated, data-driven marketing model across the region.

Plasterwala brings more than 10 years of experience in performance marketing to the role, having worked across leading agency networks and delivered campaigns for regional and global brands including Emirates, Expo 2020, Philips, Mercedes-Benz and DAMAC.

He has held senior roles at OMD, HAVAS and DAMAC, where he led integrated performance strategies across media, data and measurement, contributing to large-scale initiatives such as Virtual Expo 2020 and driving measurable commercial impact.

Commenting on the appointment, Plasterwala said, “I’m excited to join Créo at a time of strong growth and look forward to contributing by helping brands make more informed business decisions, while strengthening media governance and driving digital excellence across campaigns.”

Meanwhile, Jain joins Créo with more than a decade of experience across SEO and AI-led optimisation. He has worked with leading brands to deliver advanced strategies spanning automation, LLM rankings and AI-powered dashboards.

His experience includes building scalable content systems and performance-driven search strategies across automotive, e-commerce, tourism, finance and entertainment sectors in the MENA region, working with brands such as Jaguar Land Rover, Audi, VW, Saudi Tourism, TOD TV, H&M, Bath & Body Works, Boots, Foot Locker and Salama Insurance. He has also been recognised within the industry as both an award winner and a judge across multiple panels.
