WPP Media MENA ranked #1 across total new business and net new business, with $21.5m in client billings in Egypt, including seven new client wins valued at $16.7m and four retentions worth $9.4m.

Further to news, earlier this week, on top media groups and agencies in the GCC region ranked by new business, which highlights total new business in client billings and net new business, the COMVergence New Business report has revealed the rankings for Egypt specifically.

In total new business, which includes retention client billings, viewed by media group in Egypt, WPP Media MENA ranked #1 with $21.5m in client billings in Egypt, including seven new client wins valued at $16.7m and four retentions worth $9.4 million.

Dentsu MENA ranked #2 in terms of total business by media group in Egypt, with retentions worth $16.4m led by a major retention win of Vodafone.
