PHD UAE has announced the promotion of five of its staffers at the end of 2014.
Planning director Ian Dolan has been promoted to the newly created position of strategy director.
Charli Ursell, associate digital director, has been promoted to digital director.
Karen Doumet, associate planning director, has been promoted to planning director.
Nawal Nasreddine, associate planning director, has been promoted to planning director.
Rachel Maher, marketing manager, has been promoted to marketing director.
