MKV Digital launches creators hub for UGC, influencer marketing

Digital marketing agency MKV Digital has unveiled MKV Creators, a new division dedicated to producing ‘snackable’ real-time content and influencer-driven campaigns.

The agency claims this new venture is a result of its recognition of the rise of short-form media. MKV Creators aims to help brands connect meaningfully with audiences on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, particularly targeting Gen Z.

“The digital landscape is evolving at an incredible pace,” said Asiya Ali, Founder and Managing Director of MKV Digital.

“MKV Creators was born out of our desire to help businesses navigate this shift, giving them the tools to connect with their audiences authentically through short-form, highly engaging content,” she explained.

Ali also claims that MKV Creators’ focus is not only on creativity but also on strategies rooted in analytics, ensuring that each piece of content adds measurable value.

Early partners include Sapil Perfumes, a UAE-based perfume manufacturer, for whom MKV Creators aims to connect authentically with through influencer-led and user-generated short-form content.

Sapil Perfumes’ Brand Marketing Manager, Bilal M. Alvi, said: “This collaboration allows us to connect more authentically with our audience, showcasing the unique essence of our fragrances through the creative lens of our customers.”

Furthermore, MKV Creators also claims to place an emphasis on user-generated content (UGC), seen as key to fostering authenticity in marketing. In 2022, the global UGC platform market was valued at $4.4 billion, with forecasts predicting growth to up to $34.6 billion by 2030, a trend MKV Creators is set to leverage.

Co-Founder Waqas Ali, who leads the MKV Creators team, said: “Brands often fall into the trap of speaking like a corporate entity, missing the true essence of social media.”

He explained that MKV Creators aims to fill the gap between brands communicating with their audiences as a ‘trusted friend’.

“When we approach content strategy, our focus is on solving the users’ problems, using a tone that resonates with their everyday experiences. It’s about prioritising the audience over the brand itself,” he said.

With its reputation bolstered by wins at Dubai Lynx and Cannes Lions, MKV Digital hopes to continue to shape the future of digital marketing with this new launch.
