LG Electronics has launched a new campaign of short videos titled Life’s Good When You Get More Love.
It aims to connect the LG family into its customers’ lives by showcasing everyday family moments at home.
The web series features 10 shorts in a modern sitcom style with a teaser video. Each episode includes families using an LG product, from entertainment to appliances and electronics.
The focus is on everyday family situations that can bring up an opportunity for love gestures at home.
Each video starts off with an everyday troublesome situation and delivers a solution from LG. For example, a grandma struggles to see the buttons on the remote and help from a granddaughter and a voice command does the trick or a mom needs to cool the house on a hot day and the dad starts looking for the remote.
Il Hwan Lee,Regional MEA CEO at LG Electronics, said: “LG is a brand that transcends generations and regions, and our innovative products are created not only for convenience, and from a technology leadership position, but to highlight ‘Life’s Good’, and to help customers care, share, and support each other in the home”
“As part of our new brand strategy, this new campaign, Life’s Good When You Get More Love, will help LG resonate more deeply with our customers across the region as they see how our products can shape even the smallest of interactions into something loving.”
The new campaign will shed light a range of LG products that integrate with family life and give customers an opportunity to virtually explore the home central to the web series, boosting interaction and engagement while striving to add greater vitality to the brand.
It ties in with LG’s recent new brand direction and visual identity, which presents a more dynamic and youthful look, while maintaining and reinforcing the brand’s core values of uncompromised customer experience, human-centered innovation, and warmth to power a smile.
The short video series aims to enable small love gestures, creating a celebration of family that translates throughout the region.
