Nominated by Maite Mouraille, head of marketing & communications: Fatima is driven by passion and fully embeds Zurich’s values and what we stand for into everything she does. She has a uniquely creative approach to her work and thrives on implementing ideas that push spontaneous people advocacy at Zurich. She’s always calm, quick, and witty, and we can depend on her fully to get it all done at the highest standards. We’re extremely proud to work with her and her strong support for Emiratisation helps all of us embrace the spirit of the nation.

Bio

Fatima has studied Communications and Media Sciences at Zayed University and was on the Dean’s List. Her first job right after has been with Zurich and for the last three years, she’s worked her way up steadily in the Marketing & Comms team. Her work touches and spans all departments and she’s instrumental in rolling out innovative communication, creative digital design and collaborating with Zurich’s stakeholders on projects.

She has ideated and worked on key employee advocacy campaigns within the organisation, maximising engagement, while spearheading Emiratization initiatives in the workplace
