Leticia joined C2 last year around the time we were all preparing for a lockdown and just before the terms agility and adaptability began prominently resurfacing in business journals as key traits to succeeding in the new normal.

Bio

Similarly to a fish not surviving out of the water, a fire can easily die if not allowed to breathe. Different types of ambitions need the right kind of opportunities to grow. I’ve been given both the support and environment that will allow me to pursue certain goals that had been brewing for years. Embracing the next is my biggest achievement, and getting more involved in digital solution integrations across various entities was just the start. My mindset progressed through research which led to a better understanding of the different advantages of both traditional and digital marketing tools.

Guiding principles

“Ambition is enthusiasm with a purpose”. Being provided with an open environment where ambition can be nurtured is vital for any personal and professional growth. With growth come honesty and transparency which are crucial in building relationships within an agency and with clients.

How has Covid changed your job?

It highlighted two things, the importance of human connection & the desire to better understand the different types of digital solutions to keep up with the ever-changing economy. The aspiration to advance my digital knowledge increased drastically, to understand how to provide more efficient solutions to different client’s requirements.

Side hustle

Wouldn’t necessarily consider this a ‘side hustle’, but I find joy in supporting people achieve a certain goal or objective they desire.
