Bio

Since joining Alfan, I have helped drive the growth of the company in many aspects. I brought in millions of views and tens of quality channels of well-known celebrities and social media influencers. I have always been proactive and created many opportunities for the company to diversify its reach, such as establishing partnerships with Snapchat, Instagram and Twitter. While doing so, I have leveraged my network of clients to attract even more business and prospects.

Guiding principles

I believe that business is most successful when you grow people and help them achieve their best potential rather than only focus on the ROI. Maintaining a friendly atmosphere that’s transparent and honest goes a long way in building the rapport that pays back to you in the end.

How has Covid changed your job?

It has made me realize how important it is to find the right work-life balance and to sustain the human connection at all times.

Side hustle

I have been learning American Sign Language as I want to be able to help involve the deaf community even more on social media and raise awareness about this minority among the MENA social media society.
