Jamie puts the motion in graphics. She is so ahead of the curve when it comes to edits, transitions and templates, it’s pretty head spinning. The truth is Jamie gets how social works and is always trying new things and formats in the service of the brand and what it should do on different platforms. Her signature noise cancelling headphones help her get into the zone. And once she’s in it, she’s playing around in so many different ways. Never losing sight of the core idea, she always finds an exciting and novel way to execute it.

 

Career highlights

From an Animation Alumni to nearly five years of experience working in the advertising industry. I’ve acquired harmonious skills between Illustration, Motion Graphics and Editing. When it comes to passion, I invest most of my time finding different ways to narrate through animation, discovering creative ways to tell a story or to sell an idea. Directing a mood with something as simple as a color or elevating it with motion.

 

Guiding principles

When I feel the need to do a hundred things at the same time, I try to focus my attention on taking the first step. We are not Masters overnight, and mistakes are just part of the learning process.

 

Side hustle

I’m a digital illustrator and a fantasy writer on the side. I’m huge on DND, which is a game that encourages live collaboration on telling an improvised story as we go. This part of me actually factors a lot into my creative spirit, and I can’t imagine myself living without that.
