Grace Bou Nehme, known as one of the TBWA/RAAD’s rising superstars. Few months after Grace joined the team, it took her no time to show everyone what she is capable of and what she had to offer. Her attention to details, exceptional dedication and her overall positive attitude is what makes her stand out and gain the trust of everyone in the team. She never hesitated to jump in to support and guide her team and never said no to any learning opportunity that came her way. I am personally proud with where she is today and can’t wait to see her grow and lead a team in her own unique way.

Career highlights

My journey in Advertising started off while I was a senior student at the university, working passionately on my senior project and handling my first position in the corporate world simultaneously. I witnessed a personal growth on many levels when I was diving deeply into the social media field from building relevant content plans, exceeding set KPIs, to building trustful and strong relationships with the clients.

I’ve been working in TBWA\RAAD for nearly 3 years now leading well-established clients, such as Standard Chartered Bank. Understanding the personality of the brand and what it means to our audience is quite a journey, because it allowed me to be in the customers’ shoes and perceive the brand from their own perspective. This that allowed me to understand more the consumer behavior and to curate content plans that will speak with the best message that fits them the most.

Working alongside experienced and emerging talents has created an encouraging and positive environment that pushes me to date, to always seek bolder impact and bring more value to the table, thus I completed my Certification in the digital marketing A-Z Program from Inotact International Academy last year. Being the go-to for Social Auditing and Insights mining in TBWA\RAAD has provided me the opportunity to train many people from the social and digital teams on how they can run detailed audits on existing brands and how to best utilize the insights we come out with.

Guiding principles

I strongly rely on assessing what is the right thing to do in every situation before taking a decision for both, personal and professional matters, especially when I’m in leading positions whereas my decisions will influence other team members.

Side hustle

I’m currently working with a gift atelier providing them with themed boxes for all occasions. I’ll be raising awareness during the launch phase and setting the ground using social and digital tools that will help me reach my target audience and expand my sales through a well-structured social media strategy.
