Fujifilm Instax partnered with Vamp to deliver a live creator activation at the 1 Billion Followers Summit 2026, placing real time influencer marketing at the centre of the event experience.
Across the three day summit, 50 influencers and content creators were invited to the Fujifilm Instax booth to create and publish content live from the activation.
The activation was designed to integrate content creation directly into the live event environment. Creators produced content on site before uploading it to the Vamp platform for review.
In the lead up to the summit and during the event itself, creators produced more than 150 pieces of content across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, amplifying both the activation and the wider summit as it unfolded.
The Fujifilm Instax team were able to view and approve content immediately through the dashboard, allowing creators to publish directly from the booth. The process demonstrated how influencer campaigns can move seamlessly from creation to approval to posting in real time without lengthy delays.
For Fujifilm, the partnership provided a highly practical platform to showcase its latest Instax camera range. Rather than relying on static displays or traditional demonstrations, the cameras were placed directly into the hands of creators, who integrated them naturally into their content. This allowed the product to be experienced, used, and shared in a way that felt native to social platforms.
Content produced throughout the activation highlighted the spontaneity and creativity associated with the Instax brand, from behind-the-scenes moments to short form video captured across the summit.
Visitors to the booth were also able to leave with their own printed Instax photos, taken on site during the activation. The physical photo output created a tangible brand interaction, reinforcing Instax’s focus on instant creativity and real-world connection.
From a technology perspective, the booth also functioned as a live demonstration of Vamp’s influencer marketing platform.
The Fujifilm Instax teams were able to access the Vamp dashboard throughout the summit, viewing creator participation, content uploads and campaign progress in real time rather than relying on post campaign reporting.
Creators, meanwhile, experienced the platform through the Vamp app, receiving briefs, managing deliverables and uploading content directly within the system. This dual view highlighted how influencer workflows can operate efficiently for both brands and creators, even within a fast-paced live event environment.
Karl Mapstone, Co-Founder and Head of Middle East at Vamp, said the activation reflected changing expectations around influencer delivery. “Brands want visibility and confidence while campaigns are live, not weeks later,” he said. “This activation allowed Fujifilm to showcase its products through creators in real time, while also demonstrating how our platform supports both sides of the process as it happens.”
Menna Diaa Ali, Senior Marketing Specialist at Fujifilm Middle East & Africa, said the activation provided a practical demonstration of the Instax brand in action: “Participating in exciting events like the 1 Billion Summit is what Instax stands for, allowing guests to truly engage with the cameras and experience the brand in real time. It creates a clear connection between the product and the creators.”
The Vamp and Fujifilm Instax activation demonstrates how live events are increasingly being used as content engines, integrating creators, technology and physical experiences to deliver immediate and scalable influencer campaigns at major industry moments
