Zia documents Tadweer disinfection drive

Creative agency has been filming in protective gear

In its efforts to strengthen preventive measures and precautionary steps adopted to curb the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19), Abu Dhabi Waste Management Centre (Tadweer) partnered with Zia Creative Network, a UAE based creative agency to film their ongoing disinfection drive. The program included spraying and sterilization of both indoor and outdoor areas using the latest scientific methods and practices. In addition to its specialized team, Tadweer has also deployed 175 machines and equipment that meet the highest international specifications.

Haytham Olabi, the Managing Partner of Zia, said: “Getting an opportunity to participate in the national disinfection program and standing in line with the frontliners of Tadweer to record their unwavering efforts and spirit is a moment of pride for our agency. He added further by saying, “As the world grapples with the worst pandemic in 100 years, each day brings sobering news of tragedy and heartache, but at the same time, it feels great to see how our courageous frontliners are united in making sure the country stays safe.

Ever since the sterilization drive started, the Zia team has been constantly filming every aspect of the whole process to deliver content at the social and corporate levels. The objective is to create visual content that reflects solidarity and team spirit of the frontliners who are working with tireless grace and dedication to keep our community safe.

We prepared our crew and kit them up with the protection and safety gear. Since day one, we followed all the safety procedures while filming and acted as a positive player in the team. Our objective has always been to show the world the combined efforts of frontliners through our lens, Mr. Haytham further added.

Zia has a long and successful association with Tadweer. The client believes in the agency’s production capacity and capabilities to deliver videos in the face of any challenge that stimulates emotions, compels people to act. The agency also offered a discounted contract as a token of social responsibility towards the nation and society, and salute the commitment, dedication, and sacrifices of our frontliners in such unprecedented times.
