Young & Rubicam Advertising has elevated Kalpesh Patankar and Ash Chagla as joint executive creative directors of its Dubai office. Previously regional creative directors, the pair will be taking responsibility for Y&R Dubai’s creative product and growing the creative department.
They continue to report to Shahir Zag, chief creative officer, Y&R MENA.
On the elevations, Zag said, “Over the years, Kal and Ash have proven to be an undeniable force in the Dubai office. It’s a well deserved promotion and I’m excited to see how they will elevate the quality of Y&R Dubai’s work to the next level.”
