SOCIALEYEZ, a team of creative strategists in the Middle East, has further cemented its long-term partnership with the Dubai Culture and Arts Authority as the agency of choice for integrated communications and content strategy for the fifth year, driving communications, content creation and integrated campaigns to enhance the Emirate’s cultural narrative across the world.

As part of this collaboration, SOCIALEYEZ spearheaded the full social media creative content creation and digital storytelling for the International Council of Museums (ICOM) 2025 General Conference, the world’s largest gathering for museum professionals.

From concept development to on-ground coverage, the agency delivered creative work that highlighted Dubai’s leadership in cultural innovation, heritage preservation, and international collaboration.

In addition to leading the ICOM 2025 campaign with Dubai Culture, SOCIALEYEZ also managed the official ICOM General Conference social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook and X throughout the entire year-long project.

This included close coordination with the ICOM official headquarters in France, ensuring alignment across global communications in both the pre-event and live event phases.

Hajar Mahmoud, Head of Social, SOCIALEYEZ, said, “We are honoured to continue our long-term partnership with Dubai Culture, supporting their vision to celebrate creativity, heritage and cultural innovation on a global scale.

Mahmoud added, “Leading the creative content and managing the official ICOM 2025 social presence allowed us to showcase Dubai’s cultural leadership and tell stories that resonate both locally and internationally. This collaboration reflects our shared commitment to pushing creative boundaries and making cultural experiences accessible, engaging, and unforgettable.”

As ICOM is held once every three years, SOCIALEYEZ’s stewardship of the official digital platforms represented a first for the Dubai edition. These accounts will now be transitioned to the next host city, Rotterdam, which will welcome ICOM in 2028.

Through this integrated approach, SOCIALEYEZ showcased Dubai Culture’s commitment to fostering global cultural dialogue while celebrating the city’s rich heritage and creative vision.

The partnership highlights the agency’s capabilities in delivering strategic and creative communications that advance Dubai’s cultural ambitions and reinforce its influence on the world stage.
