Rotana Group has signed a cooperation agreement with Es’hailSat in the presence of Rotana Group CEO and Vice Chairman Dr. Walid Arab Hashem and Es’hailSat President & CEO Mr. Ali Ahmed Al Kuwari at Rotana’s offices in Dubai.
The agreement will see the launch of nine HD television channels on the Es’hail-2 satellite, which is located at 26 degrees East and covers the Middle East and North Africa region.
Dr. Hashem expressed his contentment with the Rotana-Es’hailSat alliance.
The collaboration is set to enrich Rotana’s channel lineup throughout the year, leading to joint projects, the introduction of new channels, innovative content, and technological advancements in the market over the coming years.
On the other hand, Mr. Ali Ahmed Al Kuwari conveyed the Qatar Satellite Company’s enthusiasm about the partnership, highlighting their video hotspot capabilities that align Es’hailSat’s program diversity and channel depth with Rotana’s commitment to delivering high-quality content across the region.
