Publsh Group secures 5-year deal for digital activations at Jumeirah’s J1 Beach

Publsh Group has secured a five-year agreement with Merex Investment for digital activations at Jumeirah’s J1 Beach, a beachfront destination in Dubai.

The deal makes Publsh one of the first media groups to lock in long-term digital rights at a place inspired by the elegance of the French Riviera, which aims to attract a discerning global audience.

Set along a stretch of Jumeirah’s coastline, J1 Beach is home to thirteen fully licensed restaurants and beach clubs, blending culinary excellence, valet services, and jetty access to an urban beachfront destination.

The agreement falls under Publsh’s Media vertical, one of three pillars powering its growth alongside Comms and Creatives.

Also under its media arm, Publsh’s sales and partnership rights at this year’s race weekend at Yas Marina, secured by The Luxury Media Group – further extends its presence across high-value audience platforms.

Publsh has also signed an exclusive partnership with Brand ME summit, a gathering for personal branding which intends to attract more than 6,000 attendees, taking place in City Walk in Dubai in November 2025.

Further fueling the upward momentum, Publsh will open its state-of-the-art headquarters in Dubai Studio City in September 2025.

The purpose-built creative hub will house integrated strategy, production, and innovation teams, supporting global brands seeking deeper resonance across the Middle East.
