Publicis Groupe Middle East has partnered with Dubai Culture & Arts Authority and Al Quoz Creative Zone to host a series of workshops at the Al Quoz Creative Entrepreneurship Forum, taking place on December 10–11 at Alserkal Avenue.
The initiative aims to empower Dubai’s creative entrepreneurs by equipping them with tools, insights, and strategies to grow their businesses. Publicis Groupe’s agencies – Leo Burnett, Publicis ME, Saatchi & Saatchi, and MSL ME – will lead workshops focusing on creativity, resilience, and innovation, showcasing the Groupe’s commitment to support Dubai’s creative community and entrepreneurial ecosystem.
The workshops
Over two days, Publicis Groupe industry experts will host sessions designed to inspire and support creative entrepreneurs.
On the first day, December 10, the sessions will kick off with “It’s Personal. But It’s Not Personal” from 9:15 to 10:15 AM, hosted by Bana Salah, Creative Director, and Aliza Siddiqi, Associate Creative Director from Publicis ME. The workshop will offer a mindset toolkit for creatives and entrepreneurs, equipping them with the resilience to navigate feedback, setbacks, and uncertainty while fostering both personal and professional growth.
Later in the day, from 1:30 to 2:30 PM, Andira Raslan, Business Director and Sophia Boudjemaa, Business Director – Strategy & Insights from MSL ME, will present “The Power of Founder-Led Brands.” This session will delve into how founder-led branding builds trust and customer loyalty through authentic storytelling, brand archetypes, and leveraging personal identity to drive business success.
The second day, December 11 begins with “Unlocking Consumer Truths to Drive Business Growth” from 10:30 to 11:30 AM, led by Gemma Sheridan, Business Director – Strategy & Insights at Leo Burnett ME. The workshop will explore how understanding and leveraging consumer truths can create a culture of consumer-centricity and drive sustainable business growth.
The day concludes with “Disrupting Creativity with AI” from 1:30 to 2:30 PM, hosted by Alexandre Rodrigues, Creative Director; Megan Fowkes, Senior Art Director; and Sherif Mohamed, Art Director from Saatchi & Saatchi ME. The session will highlight the creative potential of AI tools in generating visuals, music, writing, and voiceovers, while also reflecting on the indispensable role of human ingenuity in shaping groundbreaking ideas.
Each session seeks to provide practical insights and strategies, empowering entrepreneurs to harness creativity and innovation for their ventures.
The Al Quoz Creative Entrepreneurship Forum is open to all and free to attend.
