To announce its latest venture into development, OCTA Properties has launched a teaser campaign across digital and social.

The month-long rollout marks the formal launch of OCTA Development, the evolution of a business that has quietly shaped the city’s skyline through consultancy and property development management for over 20 years.

Seen across digital and social channels, the brand campaign aims to showcase the company’s mantra and pave the way for upcoming launches. Led by founder Fawaz Sous, the campaign signals a new chapter for the firm as it begins to develop its own projects.

At the heart of the teaser campaign is the positioning statement, ‘a quiet revolution’, which aims to suggest that the new venture is inspired by how the company has elegantly defined Dubai’s skyline with major branded projects such as Elie Saab, Pagani, Missoni, W, Mouawad and more.

Developed by OCTA Properties’ in-house team, the series of videos depict elegant living with an artistic twist. Shots are split into a kaleidoscope prism view that proceed to reveal the OCTA Development brand platform.

The campaign’s results are being measured by the metrics of brand awareness, an increased share of voice, an increase in market sentiment and through organic engagement.

OCTA Properties has stated that the company plans to collaborate with regional celebrities or influencers at a later stage.
