We’re on the hunt for Social Content Creator who will be a critical part of our digital editorial team. Our ideal candidate is a creative writer, lover of all things Dubai, and above all enthusiastic about their future as a reporter at What’s On. You might be a major sports fan, could be crazy about music, or perhaps you’re an adrenaline-junkie that’s on a mission to try out every rollercoaster in the UAE.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute creative content strategies for WhatsOn social media channels.
• Generate visually appealing and shareable content, including images, videos, and graphics.
• Stay on top of current trends and incorporate them into our content to keep WhatsOn relevant.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall brand strategy.
• Engage with the online community, respond to comments, and foster a positive and interactive environment.
• Analyse social media metrics to optimize content performance and contribute to data-driven decision-making.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator or similar role.
• Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their unique requirements.
• Proficient in content creation tools and platforms, including graphic design and video editing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Previous experience with Word Press is advantageous.
