Creative and digital agency O2 appoints Masa Daoud, Nadim Zriek to leadership roles

O2, a creative and performance-driven digital agency established in 2005, has revealed new leadership appointments as part of its ongoing strategy to strengthen operational capability and enhance the delivery of integrated marketing and communications solutions.

As part of the leadership update, O2 has appointed Masa Daoud as Operations Manager and Nadim Zriek as Public Relations Manager. The appointments are designed to strengthen operational performance and elevate communications leadership across the agency.

In her role, Daoud will oversee operational planning, workflow management, and internal processes across O2. With more than eight years of experience in PR and marketing, she will play a key role in supporting agency growth and ensuring that O2’s operational framework scales effectively in line with business expansion.

Her appointment reinforces the agency’s commitment to building a strong, agile operational foundation that enables cross-team collaboration, consistent delivery standards, and high-quality output.

Zriek joins O2 to lead the public relations and communications function within the agency’s integrated offering, working closely across PR, creative, and social media teams.

His role focuses on shaping communications strategies, overseeing campaign execution, and ensuring alignment across disciplines to deliver cohesive, high-impact work that strengthens O2’s positioning as an integrated agency.
