He led campaigns for Google and Nike and served as APAC Creative Director at Media.Monks in Sydney, Australia.
Christian Loos, Talent and Leadership Development Director: Christian Loos, with 20+ years in global marketing across Melbourne, London, and Dubai, brings expertise in Neuroscience in the form of a PhD, and Executive Leadership Coaching Certification from INSEAD.
He aims to transform Create’s recruitment strategies and build a ‘Centre of Excellence’ for management and leadership development.
Alessandro Candotti, Social Director: Alessandro Candotti brings a wealth of social strategy and execution expertise from his tenure at Havas Middle East and GTB Middle East.
His contributions have gained recognition at industry awards, including Effies, Dubai Lynx, and Clios.
Romain Colomer, Experience Director: Romain Colomer, with over a decade of experience driving large-scale CX transformations, is set to lead the UI/UX practice.
He has represented brands like NEOM, Nike, and Booking.com.

Hisham Jafar, Head of Data Insights and AI: Hisham brings extensive experience in the data domain from his roles at IBM and AstraZeneca, notably serving as Head of AI & Data Products at AstraZeneca in London and patenting several AI innovations whilst at IBM.
He’s adept at scaling products from startups to industry adoption in life sciences, FinTech, and renewable energy.
Skilled in strategy and data science, Hisham is set to spearhead Create’s continued data-driven transformation.
